· Bride and Groom MUST be 18 years of age or older in order to apply for a Florida Marriage License through the mail through Say I Do Weddings, Inc. · A photo copy of birth certificate and a photo copy of driver's license and/or passport for both the bride and groom are required for processing application. · If a marriage has been previously ended in divorce, death or annulment then you must provide the exact date that the last marriage(s) ended. · Application Fee is $195 – This fee covers the cost of the license, processing fees, and Express Mail Charges.
